In August 1987 the rich mature soulful voice of Rick Astley hit the top of the charts with his debut single 'Never Gonna Give You Up'. It stayed there for 5 weeks and became the biggest selling single of the year. The rest of the world soon followed suit, with the single topping the charts in 16 other countries including most of Europe, Japan, Australia and the United States. Under the guidance of Stock Aitken and Waterman Rick had a further 6 Top 10 hits - all of which are collected together for the very first time on this fantastic 'Greatest Hits' collection. The album also includes the brand new track, 'Sleeping'.
